RETURNS / REFUNDS
Returns / refunds can be done within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the order. In this case, the customer only bears the immediate cost of returning the product (the new shipment is free of charge).
CONDITIONS
Returns / refunds are accepted only if the products are in the same condition as they were received, in their initial packaging, without having their special markings removed (tags, barcodes, etc.). In addition, the customer must include the relevant sales document (retail receipt or purchase invoice).
If there are any indications that the products have been used, ironed, washed or subjected to any other cleaning process, or the above conditions are not met, the company has the right not to accept their return / refund.
In order to complete the product return process, the customer must contact the customer service by email at coolmommy.pickie@gmail.com, stating his/her order number (within fourteen 14 calendar days) and inform the company for the new product he/she wants. If the new product's price is lower or higher than the returned product, the difference in value will be either credited or charged to the new shipment.

MONEY REFUND / WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to return the purchased product and request a refund (right of withdrawal) within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. In this case, the customer only bears the cost of returning the product.
The refund will be accepted upon receipt and inspection of the products by the company. If the product has not been used and is found to be in excellent condition (the conditions set out above apply), the company will inform the customer by e-mail or telephone about how it will be processed. The refund shall be made within ten (10) business days with a deposit to the customer's bank account.
In the event that the refund is not made within the prescribed period or if the refund conditions are not met, coolmommy.gr reserves the right not to accept the products back and not to replace / refund them.

 
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS / WRONG ORDER
Every order we ship is carefully checked, but there is always the possibility of a mistake. In the event that the reason for the return of the product relates to a mistake by the company (eg shipment of wrong product or defective product or omission of a product), the cost of return is borne by the company, provided that the return will be made via the courier company with which it cooperates.

FORCE MAJEURE
If reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) make it impossible to deliver the products within the prescribed time, the customer will be notified by e-mail or by phone to indicate if they wish to complete the order. The e-shop coolmommy.gr bears no responsibility whatsoever for any situation beyond its own responsibility and promises to do its best to serve the customer smoothly.


CHANGE OF TERMS
The e-shop coolmommy.gr has the right to freely modify or revise the terms and conditions of use and transactions whenever it believes it is necessary, without notice. It is obliged to inform users of any changes through the pages of this online store.
